Considering what ultimately invaluable expectation is for Christians, I've come to conclusion that His promised return will be placed on top of everything in our life. It's no doubt sure that His reture served as a great encouragement for those exremely persecuted during the earliest chuch era and that it will work as an alarming call for comtemporary believers in deep complacency.
